2022 Lincoln Aviator Exterior

The 2022 Lincoln Aviator is a fairly new luxury SUV that returned in 2020 after disappearing for several years. For the 2022 model year, the Aviator does not see many changes, as it is still fairly fresh in appearance and amenities. The Aviator also has premium qualities to start with, including a well-equipped cabin with several tech features and safety aids. The Lincoln Aviator also has a plush and quiet cabin, and its exterior dazzles with high-end finishes. A powerful engine drives the Aviator to start with, and you can also get a hybrid engine for even more strength while maximizing fuel economy.

Although it is a luxury SUV, there is no shortage of performance capability with the Lincoln Aviator. The Aviator tows a maximum of 6,700 pounds when it is properly equipped. It has a choice of several engines, including a strong V6. The 2022 Lincoln Aviator has a rear-wheel drive for its standard drivetrain, and it comes with an all-wheel drive as an option on the first and second trim levels. All-wheel drive is standard on the other trims. All trim levels get a 10-speed transmission. The base engine is a turbo V6 that provides up to 400 HP and 415 LB-FT in torque. With the Grand Touring trim, you can also get a hybrid system that provides the V6 engine with even more power. When combined with the electric hybrid motor, the turbo engine produces 494 HP in power and 630 LB-FT of torque.

In addition to its respectable power output, the 2022 Lincoln Aviator is equally impressive on the inside. The base trim has a long list of standard features, including a digital instrument cluster, power-adjustable seating, three zones of climate control, and a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen display. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are included, and the base trim is configured with WiFi. Another zone of climate control is added to the second trim, which also adds a 360-degree panoramic camera and ambient interior lights. Premium leather upholstery is included with this trim. The Black Label trim adds more conveniences and upscale touches, including a Co-Pilot 360 safety package and soft-close doors. The Black Label also has turn-adaptive headlights and 22-inch wheels. The top trim level, which is the Grand Touring, gets a panoramic sunroof.

Along with all their standard features, the Lincoln Aviator trims can be upgraded with a variety of features. Sunshades on the back windows, a 28-speaker sound system, a heated steering wheel, and heated wipers are just a few potential add-on items.
