Recently two companies from Detroit, including both Shinola and Lincoln, decided to team up together to focus on design. This commemorates Lincoln's Centennial celebration.
100th Anniversary
Lincoln is teaming up with Shinola to create 100th-anniversary timepieces. There will be two of them to show off what they can do. This is coming off of what was done last year with the Aviator Shinola idea. They had special runs for options like the Runwell Sport Chronograph and the Runwell Automatic.
Both of the new timepieces that are coming out will have the Lincoln logo engraved on them on the back of the case at 6:00. They will also have a custom Lincoln 100 Years case from Shinola made of wood for the watches. The watch will be reminiscent of the Runwell Sport Chronograph with the Lincoln sub-eye. There will be a rose gold detail right on the bezel. It will also have black and rose dial and hand options. For the look mirrors, you'll be able to see the look mirrors with copper accents. There will also be a leather strap available with the sports option with the Lincoln logo stamped on the tip of the strap.
This limited run of timepieces will be a major boon to enthusiasts of Lincoln and its history. They will be special and unique watches that will stand out, and that will become conversation pieces no matter where you are.
You will have your choice of the Chronograph or the Runwell Automatic, depending on what you are the most interested in seeing style-wise.
It will also be possible to redeem them through Lincoln Access Rewards, or you can just purchase them directly through the available store. These options are going to be highly restricted in terms of numbers initially, so it's important to pick them up quickly when they become available if you are interested. Even if more is produced, even this run will likely be bought out quickly.
