It combines soothing visuals, immersive audio, and a gentle fragrance called Mystic Forest. Drivers can also enjoy guided full-body scan meditations available in five- or ten-minute sessions.
Forest Meditation is the fourth experience introduced through Lincoln Rejuvenate, joining Aurora Borealis, Elements, and Waterfall Meditation. The new theme can be accessed in the latest Lincoln Navigator and Nautilus models through an over-the-air update via the Google Play Store. Lincoln owners also receive a one-year Calm subscription, offering daily meditations, soundscapes, music, mindfulness tools, and more.
