What's New For the 2020 Lincoln Corsair?

The Lincoln Corsair is a brand-new vehicle in 2020. It takes the place of the MKC in the Lincoln lineup. This small crossover SUV offers seating for up to five and a long list of standard and available features. Although there are already many options in the luxury small SUV segment of the market, the Corsair distinguishes itself in many important ways.

2020 Lincoln Corsair Has Abundant Features

The Standard trim comes with desirable features such as full LED lighting, a power-adjustable driver's seat, and an intuitive infotainment system. Drivers can choose to add the Standard I package to unlock the ability to upgrade to all-wheel-drive. The Standard I adds navigation and gives the Corsair more available options. Drivers can also choose the Reserve trim level. It has a hands-free liftgate, leather, and a sunroof. Going with the Reserve I package means getting ventilation for the front seats, a heated steering wheel, and more advanced driver aids standard. The top option is the Reserve II. It is the only one to get the more powerful engine as part of its standard equipment. Plus, it allows drivers to use their smartphone as a key and gives the Corsair 24-way adjustable front seats.

2020 Lincoln CorsairMost models of the 2020 Lincoln Corsair have a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine residing underneath their hoods. With this, the SUV is capable of 250-horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Available on the Reserve I and Standard on the Reserve II is a turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder that gives drivers 295-horsepower as well as 310 lb-ft of torque. While most trims are available with either front-wheel or all-wheel-drive, the Reserve II with the turbocharged 2.3L engine only has the option of all-wheel-drive.

2020 Lincoln CorsairBeing a luxury vehicle, the Corsair has the advanced driver aids that buyers want. All models get the Lincoln CoPilot 360 suite of five safety features. This gives the Corsair pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, blind-spot detection with rear cross-traffic alert, automatic high beams, a rearview camera, and a lane-keeping system. Also available on certain models is Lincoln's CoPilot 360+. This adds active park assist plus, adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, reverse brake assist, evasive steering assist, and a front sensing system. Also available is a head's up display that can be customized to your preferences. This display projects important information right into the driver's line of sight, helping to reduce distractions and improve safety.
